Timothy Spiker, a 37-year-old computer security specialist from Mentor, Ohio, won $60,000 in Dr Pepper's "Win A Million" contest on Dec. 4 at the 2004 Dr Pepper Big 12 Football Championship. He was awarded $10,000 for each successful pass he was able to make in under 30-seconds.
